2. Before starting, the upper and lower moulds shall be cleaned and wiped clean.
3. Check the support, material support and sliding block for foreign matters. If there are foreign matters, they should be cleaned up.
4. Select the appropriate mold according to the thickness of the folded plate. The size of the mold is generally equal to more than 8 times the thickness of the plate.
5. The bending force of the workpiece is obtained from the bending force of the plate or the calculation formula of the bending force. The bending force of the workpiece shall not exceed 1000 kN.

6. When bending narrow plates, the working pressure of the system should be appropriately reduced to avoid damage to the mold.
7. When adjusting the slider stroke, make sure that the adjustment is less than 100 to avoid damaging the machine.
8. Before bending, evenly adjust the clearance between the upper mold and the lower mold.
9. Do not put your hands between the molds when bending. Only one piece of material can be bent at a time; Many parts cannot be bent at the same time. Check the oil level in the oil tank, start the oil pump, and check whether the hydraulic pipeline or oil pump is abnormal.
10. The bending plate should be placed in the middle of the mold, and the machine should not be loaded in one direction, so as not to affect the accuracy of the workpiece and the machine. If some parts need to work on one side, the load should not be greater than 250 kN and must be bent at the same time.

11. Check the oil level in the oil tank, start the oil pump, and check whether the hydraulic pipeline or oil pump is abnormal.
12. Stop the abnormality immediately, check the cause and eliminate it in time.
13. After the operation is completed, turn off the oil pump, exit the control system program, and cut off the power.
